I’m Missy, a lifelong artist, alignment-based yoga instructor (RYT-500), and licensed massage therapist.
I created Wellness for Makers to empower artists through mindful movement, education, and sustainable practices. With over 800+ hours of yoga training and a passion for body mechanics, I help creatives move better and feel better in their studios.
