Schedule an "Ask Missy" 1:1 Session. This session allows us to have a more in-depth conversation about your studio practice(s). You will have the opportunity to show me the way that you work and ask your questions over zoom. I will evaluate and deconstruct your movements patterns and processes that are causing you strain in the studio. We will discuss ways to create more longevity in your body.
