Hi! I’m Missy
Graff Ballone
I’m a lifelong artist with an MFA in Metalwork & Jewelry Making, and I’ve been studying the body since 2006. My mission is to inspire and empower creatives like you through education, mindful living, and movement!
As an artist, I know firsthand the aches and pains that come with an active studio practice. Whether you’re bent over your bench, shaping clay, or knitting for hours, it’s easy to push through discomfort—until the strain catches up with you. Over the years, I’ve seen how much a consistent movement practice can improve how your body feels, keeping you strong, energized, and ready to create. But I also understand how hard it can be to carve out time for movement when you’re in the zone with your work.


That’s why I’ve combined my backgrounds as an Artist, Alignment-Based Yoga Instructor (RYT500), and Licensed Massage Therapist to create a program that makes body mechanics and movement in the studio easy to understand and accessible for artists everywhere.
The Mindful Maker Membership was born from my own experiences and passion to help you build lasting, mindful habits that support both your body and your creativity. Best of all, this program is bite-sized, with just 15 minutes a week, making it super accessible and easy to integrate into even the busiest of schedules.
