During my undergraduate studies, I was so careless with my posture in my everyday life that I destabilized my low back and ended up throwing my back out in the studio. Ugh! It was painful. Over the years, I've worked hard to pay more attention to my movement patterns and how they impact the longevity of my body.


    The amount of time we sit is increasing more and more. I want to help you understand your body’s capacity. I want to teach you how to create the change your body deserves! That’s why I am hosting a webinar on October 15th. It’s called Back to Basics.
