    Back to Basics Webinar

The amount of time we sit is increasing more and more. I want to help you understand your body’s capacity. I want to teach you how to create the change your body deserves! That’s why I am hosting a webinar on October 15th. It’s called Back to Basics. In this 2hr webinar, I will teach you how to create more efficient movement patterns so that as time goes on you can say “hey I have more mobility, I have more energy, I feel less pain, I get fewer headaches, I am more focused and inspired!”

    Brooklyn Metal Works

Brooklyn/NYC peeps! Join me at Brooklyn Metal Works for a 2hr workshop. This workshop will explore safe, fun, and accessible stretching, strengthening, and massage techniques that can be used to develop and maintain your body’s natural elasticity. Elasticity is the ability of our soft tissues to resume their original shapes after being stretched, compressed, or massaged. Elasticity supports mobility by allowing you to safely exercise your body’s range of motion. You will leave the workshop with a deeper understanding of the body, a tool kit including a massage ball and an acu-pressure ring, and a digital reference guide to refer to in the future.
