Take a moment to focus on the breath. Breathing is the single most important act that we do each day. However, we don't pay much attention to it since it happens automatically. Simple breathing exercises can lower anxiety, increase happiness, increase the ability to focus, improve sleep, and even strengthen the immune system. Set reminders for yourself throughout the day and try creating your own little saying or mantra to think of while you breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth.
